These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Thara website and service, operated by Ngernthongdee Co., Ltd. (“Thara”, “we”). By accessing this website or subscribing to the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Thara provides a read-only connectivity layer that bridges a customer's existing systems (such as PMS, point-of-sale, or accounting/ERP) to an AI assistant via the Model Context Protocol (MCP) standard, without altering or writing back any data to the customer's source systems.
2. Accounts & Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate and current information when subscribing to the service.
- Customers are responsible for configuring role-based access for users within their own organization.
- Customers are responsible for choosing which AI assistant to connect to Thara, and for complying with that AI provider's own terms of use.
3. Scope of Data Access
- Thara accesses customer data in read-only mode only, within the scope the customer defines and approves during Discovery and pre-launch review.
- Thara will never write, modify, or delete data in a customer's source systems.
- Customers may suspend, modify, or revoke data access at any time.
4. Intellectual Property
- The Thara software, generated MCP tools, and architecture are the intellectual property of Ngernthongdee Co., Ltd..
- Customer data flowing through Thara remains entirely the customer's property. Thara claims no ownership over customer data.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Thara is provided “as is,” without warranty that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.
- Thara is not responsible for the accuracy of outputs generated by the AI assistant a customer chooses to use, as this is outside Thara's control.
- Thara's liability in any case will not exceed the amount the customer paid to Thara in the relevant billing period, except where required otherwise by law.
6. Termination
- Customers may terminate the service per the terms specified in their individual service agreement.
- Upon termination, Thara will revoke access to all MCP tools generated for that customer.
