We do the work: mapping the data in the systems you already run, connecting them, building the tools AI uses, putting the security controls in place, and operating it after go-live. You don't need to staff an AI team, and you don't replace a single existing system.

Cross-system reconciliation — worked jointly with your team

This one we cannot do alone, and shouldn't. We build the tooling that matches records across systems and surfaces what doesn't tie out — but the people who know why a given variance exists, and how it should be adjusted, are your finance team and data owners. So we work alongside them rather than taking it over.

  • Tooling that matches records across sources — POS against GL, PMS against accounting — with confidence scoring and the open variances listed
  • Matching rules we design against what your finance team confirms is correct, then tune together against real cases

What we need from your side

  • One coordinator on your side who knows which system holds what, and can answer data questions
  • Read-only data access within the scope you approve, including the connection path opened by your IT team or incumbent vendor
  • Confirmation from someone close to operations that the numbers our tools return match what the business actually uses
  • Judgement calls on the data — unreconciled items, accounting adjustments — remain your team's decision

What we do not do

Stated plainly, so there is no confusion about what buying this service includes.

  • We don't replace or modify your existing systems, and we never write, update, or delete data in a source system
  • We don't resell AI accounts — you use your own Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini account, or a model you run in-house
  • This is not a BI or dashboard licence — Thara is the data layer that lets you ask and let AI build the report
  • We don't relocate your data anywhere beyond a Mirror DB or sync explicitly agreed in writing
  • We don't warrant answers generated by third-party AI providers; we warrant the correctness of the data our MCP layer returns
