# Our Services — What Thara Actually Does For You | Thara

URL: https://www.tharamcp.com/en/services

Thara's full service scope: data discovery and mapping, legacy system connectivity, custom MCP tool development, PDPA-aligned security and governance, enablement on the AI you already use, and ongoing operations — with the concrete deliverables of each, and what we explicitly do not do.

What we actually do

We make the data in your existing systems usable by AI.

Thara is a managed service from Ngernthongdee Co., Ltd. — not software handed over for your team to figure out. We do the work: mapping the data in the systems you already run, connecting them, building the tools AI uses, putting the security controls in place, and operating it after go-live. You don't need to staff an AI team, and you don't replace a single existing system.

## Data discovery and mapping

Our agent scans the systems you already run and maps what data exists, where it lives, and how it relates — so your team never has to hand-document a schema.

### Deliverables

- A structural map of tables, fields, and relationships across every system in scope
- The list of questions your data can genuinely answer today, plus what's missing
- A recommended connection method per system, with the risks named up front

## Connectivity for any legacy system

Wherever the system sits — an on-premise database, cloud, external SaaS, or a legacy system that can only export files — we pick the method that doesn't disturb the software your staff use every day.

### Deliverables

- Direct database connectivity over a private network, on-premise or cloud
- Optional Mirror DB or sync so read load never lands on your production system
- REST API, CSV / hot folder, and external SaaS sources — all through the same adapter contract

## Custom MCP tools for your systems

The core of the service: MCP tools built against your real schema, one tool per data domain, each validated against live data before it is switched on.

### Deliverables

- Your own MCP server, with data isolated from every other customer
- Tools split by domain — revenue, rooms, sales, inventory, procurement, HR, GL
- Documentation per tool: which source it reads, and which questions it answers

## Security and governance setup

Before any AI touches your data, the controls go in: enforced read-only access, role-based permissions, and PDPA-aligned masking of personal data.

### Deliverables

- Read-only enforced at the tool layer — no write, update, or delete path into source systems
- Role-based access: staff, managers, and owners do not see the same tools
- PDPA-aligned PII masking with configurable sensitive fields specified by your team, and a hash-chained audit trail covering every request

## Enablement on your AI, plus the Admin Console

We connect Thara to the AI your team actually uses — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or a model you run in-house — and hand you the console that controls who can access what.

### Deliverables

- Connection setup for the AI you choose, including models running inside your own infrastructure
- Admin Console: invite and revoke users, see tool usage, toggle individual tools per person
- Usage guidance for your team, with a starter question set matched to your business

## Cross-system reconciliation — worked jointly with your team

This one we cannot do alone, and shouldn't. We build the tooling that matches records across systems and surfaces what doesn't tie out — but the people who know why a given variance exists, and how it should be adjusted, are your finance team and data owners. So we work alongside them rather than taking it over.

### Deliverables

- Tooling that matches records across sources — POS against GL, PMS against accounting — with confidence scoring and the open variances listed
- Matching rules we design against what your finance team confirms is correct, then tune together against real cases
- Judgement and posting of adjustments stay with your team — we never write back into the accounting system

## Ongoing operation after go-live

We don't disappear at go-live. We keep the connections running, and add or revise tools as your business changes.

### Deliverables

- Connection monitoring, with an alert to you when a source breaks
- New and revised MCP tools as your team's real usage evolves
- Support at the level your plan covers; Enterprise includes a dedicated engineer and SLA

## How an engagement starts

The actual sequence, from first conversation to go-live.

### 30-Minute Discovery Call

Discuss your current systems, data locations, and target questions. No credentials or system access required at this stage.

### NDA & System Exploration

Execute an NDA before sharing confidential details, with separate access approval for data structure exploration.

### SOW Scoping & Integration

Finalize systems, MCP tools, permissions, deliverables, proposal costs, and develop read-only connections.

### UAT, Handover & Golden Period

Jointly validate data accuracy, complete handover documentation, supported by the Golden Period and ongoing MA.

## What we do not do

Stated plainly, so there is no confusion about what buying this service includes.

- We don't replace or modify your existing systems, and we never write, update, or delete data in a source system
- We don't resell AI accounts — you use your own Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini account, or a model you run in-house
- This is not a BI or dashboard licence — Thara is the data layer that lets you ask and let AI build the report
- We don't relocate your data anywhere beyond a Mirror DB or sync explicitly agreed in writing
- We don't warrant answers generated by third-party AI providers; we warrant the correctness of the data our MCP layer returns

## What we need from your side

This works through cooperation, not hand-off. Here is everything we depend on you for.

- One coordinator on your side who knows which system holds what, and can answer data questions
- Read-only data access within the scope you approve, including the connection path opened by your IT team or incumbent vendor
- Confirmation from someone close to operations that the numbers our tools return match what the business actually uses
- Judgement calls on the data — unreconciled items, accounting adjustments — remain your team's decision
